That type of vision helped the GTO’s value and status rise not only among GTO enthusiasts, but in the entire Pontiac product line..... And… ALL other muscle cars of the 1960's.
The always anticipated Newsletter spanned 20 years and contained interesting and informative information as well as rare options and new products. Dennis was also one of the first to recognize that there weren’t enough of these sought-after parts to meet the demand of GTO owners, so he began commissioning companies to recreate those parts. Later, he went on to do almost the same thing with the Buick Regal and Gran National cars.
He also recognized the value of a famous local performance parts manufacturer called Hurst Performance situated just down the road from him. He saw a valuable history in that company and spent time cultivating relationships with Hurst Management. The information he garnered over the years led to several authoritative books being written about Hurst by Dennis.
Dennis has also authored several other books and has produced videos as well. After forty years, he is still contributing to the hobby by publishing works on the remarkable history of the Pontiac, Hurst, Buick and other automotive topics. He continues to support the Pontiac hobby by both attending and hosting interesting seminars at annual Pontiac conventions.
